Documents required for a special Thesis waiver Request

• A request addressed to the Rector c/o the Coordinator of CRFD-STG specifying the reason for the delay observed;
• A thesis progress report, signed by the supervisor;
• Proof of Selection (Selection List)
• Certified photocopies of all of tuition fees ranging from the year of admission to the current academic year;
• A attestation of enrollment in the doctoral school for the current academic year.
• List of candidate's possible scientific publications
• Any other document deemed necessary that may justify the delay.
